Meet our Chairman, Ed Garcia. He was elected as chairman of the board for Facts About Cuban Exiles (FACE) in 2019 and will serve his term through 2021. We are so proud to have a leader like Ed, who is dedicated to his community and his family. As a proud Cuban-American he is leading FACE into a new chapter in preserving our Cuban heritage for generations to come.
Mr. Garcia is an attorney admitted to practice in the State of Florida since 1994, when he graduated from the University of Miami School Of Law. He graduated from Tulane University, with honors, in 1991 with majors in political science and history. From 1995 through 2005 he was managing partner of Garcia and Baloyra, a real estate transaction boutique law firm. Since then he is president of Eduardo J. Garcia, P.A.
He is a managing member of TREO and its affiliates and is in charge of its lending operations. He serves as a member of the board of directors of the Miami-Dade County Chapter of Rebuilding Together, the nation’s largest volunteer organization dedicated to rebuilding and rehabilitating housing for the poor and disabled.
