Jorge Perez, The Cuban Lorenzo de Medici

Jorge Pérez, philanthropist, real estate developer and art patron (founder of the PAMM) will open El Espacio 23 on a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse on Miami’s N.W. 23rd St. to hold part of his art collection as well as housing 3 apartments for artists and curators to create relationships with the Allapattah neighborhood. It will open with the exhibit "Time for Change: Art and Social Unrest."
