02 Apr Rosa Ma. Payá & her mom have kept up work of Oswaldo Payá for a referendum in Cuba

Oswaldo Payá was killed in suspicious traffic accident after gathering signatures for the Referendum Varela Project & surviving several attempts at his life. Rosa María Payá now heads Cuba Decide with Payá’s widow Ofelia Acevedo, demanding for Cubans what others around the world have: freedom.
