Kid Gavilán (Gerardo González, 1926-2003).  This World Welterweight Champion was never knocked out in 143 bouts voted 26th greatest fighter in last 80 years by The Ring Magazine. After retiring he became a Jehova’s Witness & jailed by the Castro regime for preaching. In the 1980s he made a living selling sausages in Chicago. In 1990 he was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
